Building a Practice That Gave Me Freedom

As I continued growing as a therapist, I realized I wanted more flexibility in how I worked and lived. I loved being a clinician, but I also wanted a career that allowed me to travel, explore new places, and have more control over my schedule.

I began investing in my private practice, strengthening my marketing strategies, and learning how to build a sustainable online business. Over time, I created a private pay practice that gave me the flexibility to serve clients while also creating space for the experiences that mattered most to me.

That flexibility opened the door to one of my greatest passions: travel.

Since then, I've traveled to more than 20 countries, experiencing different cultures, meeting incredible people, and gaining perspectives that have enriched both my personal life and my work as a therapist.

The more I traveled, the more I realized that therapists don't have to choose between a meaningful career and a fulfilling life. With the right systems, marketing, and practice structure, it's possible to build a therapy practice that supports both.

Why I Help Therapists

As I shared more of my journey, other therapists began reaching out.

Many were feeling exactly how I once felt:

  • Burned out and overwhelmed

  • Curious about online private practice

  • Unsure how to market themselves

  • Wanting more flexibility in their careers

  • Dreaming about traveling more but not knowing where to start

I realized that what many therapists needed wasn't just business advice. They needed someone who understood both sides of the equation: how to build a successful practice and how to design a life that felt fulfilling.

Today, I help therapists create online private practices that support greater freedom, flexibility, and opportunity.

Whether your goal is to travel internationally, work remotely, take longer vacations, or simply have more control over your schedule, building the right practice can help make those goals possible.
